About
Jessica Regetta is an executive coach and organizational consultant who partners with nonprofit organizations and growing organizations during periods of growth and change.
She brings over 15 years of experience working both inside organizations and as an external partner, supporting leaders and teams across contexts ranging from early-stage startups to large, complex enterprise environments.
Earlier in her career, Jessica worked within a global, multi-location retailer during a period of rapid growth. Her work focused on scaling and standardizing leadership practices, developing leaders quickly, and supporting teams as new systems, expectations, and ways of working were introduced. She trained and supported hundreds of new frontline and first-time leaders across the U.S. and partnered with senior leaders to translate strategy into consistent day-to-day execution across 12 teams.
Over the past five years, as an external consultant and coach, Jessica has designed and coached within enterprise-level organizations, supported new leaders in high-growth technology companies, and partnered closely with nonprofit organizations navigating growth, transition, and increased complexity. This work has included strategic planning, impact evaluation, board development, leadership development, and alignment across teams and leadership groups.
Jessica brings a practical, grounded perspective shaped by years of frontline leadership and operating experience.
