With 15+ years of experience leading teams and building leadership benches, Jessica partners with organizations to develop their talent and teams to improve sales performance, team productivity, and retention.
Jessica launched her career in the non-profit sector by building a foundation for people development that transitioned her to eight years managing operations and teams for Lululemon’s $2-7M businesses focused on talent development across multiple stores. She developed leadership benches and elevated team performance by creating frameworks to engage and enroll entire teams in their business goals. Managing teams of up to 40 employees with measurable growth in sales and employee engagement.
At lululemon, Jessica designed and facilitated training strategies for the Philadelphia Metro area, leading several change initiatives across 12 stores, and was a trainer for new leaders for over 400 stores in North America. She was a part of shaping a coaching culture at lululemon, involved in the initial pilot and designing training programs for leaders that focused on coaching, structured feedback interventions, and active listening. This supported new managers in adopting coaching techniques to develop their teams and aligned talent strategies with broader business goals.
Leveraging her experience and expertise in Leadership Development, a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership, and her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, Jessica launched Mindful People Solutions in 2021. Her clients have included leaders from small to mid-sized organizations, including start-ups and non-profits, to Fortune 100-500 companies across industries. Jessica’s continued training includes the Gestalt International Study Center and as a certified yoga instructor.
